• Oversee and enhance the delivery of personal tax advisory work, including drafting reports and leading client discussions.
• Manage a client portfolio predominantly involving trusts and estates, addressing multiple sources of income and gains.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, effectively communicating complex tax technical information to non‑experts.
• Drive the delivery of one‑off advisory and compliance assignments.
• Mentor and provide technical training to team members to foster their development and enhance team performance.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the team.

You will possess strong technical tax skills, with a strong background in capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and the UK tax return filing process. The team values professionals who are proactive about improving services and internal processes.
