Senior Internal IT Auditor

At GXO, we’re growing our Internal Audit function and looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to support both SOX ITGC testing and IT internal audits
. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative global team and play a key role in ensuring compliance, strengthening controls, and supporting business performance.

• Deliver SOX ITGC testing and IT audit fieldwork
  , ensuring controls are operating effectively and aligned to GXO’s framework
• Identify risks, control gaps, and areas for improvement, providing clear and actionable recommendations
• Prepare detailed audit documentation and reports that support findings and business decisions
• Work across international teams to support audit cycles
  , timelines, and compliance activities
• Take ownership of assigned audits from planning through to completion
  , maintaining high standards and meeting strict deadlines

• Proven experience in SOX ITGC testing and IT internal audits
  , including hands‑on involvement in testing and identifying efficiencies
• Strong understanding of IT risk areas such as cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, or IT general controls
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple audit cycles effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  , with the confidence to work across global teams
• A proactive,
  adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and ownership of your work
• Be part of a growing,
