This position offers significant exposure to high-profile deals within a supportive team environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged.

  • Conduct detailed industry and company analysis as directed by senior team members, utilising advanced financial modelling techniques to inform decision‑making.
  • Develop relevant analyses including sensitivity scenarios, impact assessments of reorganisations or disposals, IPOs, synergies, key ratios analysis (including credit rating agencies), and liquidity judgements.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of client marketing materials such as presentations and pitch books, as well as internal approval documents including credit applications and screening models.
  • Assist with all aspects of deal execution during mandate development and transaction completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the process.

  • Build relationships across departments to establish a peer network for information gathering and effective inter‑departmental cooperation.
  • Create and maintain trust with corporate clients, private equity funds, and partner banks through relationship‑building activities on transactions.
  • Support Relationship Managers in maintaining ongoing dialogue with clients to identify future business opportunities.
  • Assist the Leveraged Finance Portfolio Management team in monitoring accounts, waivers, amendments, refinancing opportunities, and ancillary services engagement.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills that foster collaboration across teams and build trust with clients.
  • Proven ability to manage tight deadlines involving multiple stakeholders without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Clear written and oral communication skills suitable for preparing presentations and engaging clients.
  • Familiarity with leveraged debt capital markets dynamics as well as corporate.
