Overview

As a Vice President in Program Trading, you will lead a market-leading team focused on executing equity programs and index rebalances for institutional clients. You will collaborate with Product, Trading, Sales, and Technology teams to deliver innovative liquidity solutions, mitigate risks, and accelerate the automation of our technology platform.

Responsibilities
  • Execute equity programs and index rebalances for institutional clients
  • Build out and grow our international CIBs offering and capabilities
  • Partner with Product, Trading, Sales, and Technology to deliver innovative solutions
  • Mitigate risks through operational excellence, reducing error P&L and maintaining reputational integrity
  • Improve and automate the technology platform
  • Adapt communication styles to connect effectively with a wide variety of seniorities and disciplines
  • Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver high-quality client service

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
