Senior Analyst – GCT Transaction Management

Location:

London | Salary: £65,305 – £72,560 |

Hours:

Full‑time | Working Pattern:
Hybrid (at least 2 days per week in the London office).

Overview

As a key member of the Treasury Middle Office team, you will manage complex treasury transactions and support funding, liquidity and capital activity across the Group. You will act as an interface between Global Corporate Treasury (GCT) and the wider Group, ensuring high‑value and often complex transactions are executed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of treasury transactions from initial set‑up through maturity.
  • Ensure processes, controls and reconciliations are accurate and well‑managed.
  • Support a broad range of products including FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Fixed Income and Equities.
  • Handle structured transactions such as securitisations and capital securities.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Finance, Legal and Corporate Treasury stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic Group initiatives, large‑scale projects and operational change.
Qualifications
  • 5+years of experience with treasury products, capital markets, capital instruments and settlement processes in a Middle Office, Operations or Finance role.
  • Experience managing transaction life cycles, including reconciliations, payments and investigations.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and constructively challenge stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma techniques.
  • Familiarity with Murex, Summit and/or Oracle Treasury systems.
  • Experience supporting structured transactions such as securitisations or capital securities.
