Overview

Want to play a key role in managing complex treasury transactions and supporting funding, liquidity and capital activity across a major UK bank? Acting as the interface between GCT and the wider Group, you'll support a broad range of high value and often complex transactions across funding, liquidity, capital management and balance sheet activity.

You'll also contribute to strategically important Group initiatives, with opportunities to support large scale projects and operational change.

It's a collaborative, fast paced environment with strong support to help you build your technical expertise and develop your career.

Our ambition is to be the leading UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities, and we're committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop.

  • Proven experience of working collaboratively and constructively challenging Front Office stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills across teams including Finance, Legal and Corporate Treasury
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma techniques (desirable)
