Value Cash Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a High Value Cash Associate to support the Harrods business in managing and resolving high‑value cash transaction queries. The role combines customer‑facing and office responsibilities, requiring expertise in customer due diligence, anti‑money laundering procedures, and transaction processing.

• Attend to high‑value cash transactions and complete required business processes to finalise customer transactions.
• Manage and process payments made to Harrods via bank transfer.
• Offer world‑class customer service to internal stakeholders and external customers each day.
• Provide expert advice, guidance and coaching to Harrods Retail teams over the phone and in‑person.
• Ensure correct processes and procedures are followed for all transactions to be completed successfully.

• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential).
• Good knowledge of Anti‑Money Laundering legislation (essential).
• Excellent customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
• Excellent time‑management skills with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to place customer retail experience at the forefront of decision‑making.
• Ability to have difficult conversations with customers.
• Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
