  • Demonstrate ability to lead and manage more complex cases
  • Draft high-quality reports, statutory documents in line with insolvency legislation, and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, reviewing work and providing feedback
  • Work in a team, delegating both upwards and downwards depending on the task
  • Discharge VAT and Corporation Tax filing requirements
  • Understand, explain and produce cash flow forecasts, statement of affairs, estimated outcome statements
  • Train others while demonstrating a strong understanding of technical matters
  • Liaise with stakeholders including directors, creditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies
  • Oversee asset realisation strategies and ensure recoveries are maximised
  • Monitor fee drawdowns and ensure alignment with creditor resolutions
  • Approve payment requests and journals via TPS
  • Contribute to internal training, process improvement, and technical updates
  • Support business development initiatives and client relationship management
