This is an entry level opportunity on the Tullet Prebon Forward Euro desk. It provides on‑the‑job training and exposure to fast-paced financial markets. The role requires the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a small team, with a view to starting a career in Financial Services.

• Promote TP ICAP Group branding.
• Provide complete support to brokers for the smooth running of the desk.
• Input trades into trading systems in a timely manner.
• Resolve trade queries from internal and external sources and rectify trade discrepancies promptly.
• Identify trade opportunities and calculate strategies.
• Keep trade records up to date.
• Update real-time manual or electronic whiteboards with market data.
• Contribute to various projects for brokers and traders.
• Provide daily trade details to brokers and traders.
• Provide live quotes to traders via messaging systems.
• Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments.
• Understand underlying products traded and stay current with new products and procedures.
• Liaise with clients to understand business objectives and provide reliable broking services.
• Provide coverage to clients when team members are unavailable.

• Essential:
  Proficient mathematics qualifications at GCSE and/or A‑Levels (minimum).
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and the economy.
• High level of computer competence.
• Hardworking with a willingness to learn.
• Resilient and able to stay effective in high‑pressure environments.
• Ability to build relationships and networks internally and externally.
• Self‑development mindset; curious to learn and grow through formal and informal development channels.
