This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, work directly with senior leadership, and help build the financial planning capability that will underpin the business for years to come.

As the first dedicated FP&A professional in the organisation, you'll play a critical role in shaping how the business forecasts, allocates capital, measures performance and supports strategic decision‑making. This is not a traditional FP&A role where processes are already established. You'll have the opportunity to design the forecasting framework, reporting cadence and financial models from the ground up while partnering closely with the CFO, VP Finance and wider leadership team.

• Owning rolling cash flow forecasting and short‑term liquidity planning.
• Leading monthly and quarterly forecasting and reforecasting processes.
• Providing visibility on cash runway, burn rate and funding requirements.
• Supporting strategic planning and capital allocation decisions.

• Delivering insightful variance analysis and performance reporting.
• Identifying key business drivers, trends and risks.
• Partnering with operational and finance teams to improve decision‑making.
• Presenting financial insights to senior leadership and investors.

• Building and maintaining robust operational and financial models.
• Evaluating the impact of major investment decisions, financing arrangements and growth initiatives.
• Supporting business cases, scenario planning and strategic projects.
• Ensuring forecasts are aligned with accounting and reporting requirements.

• Designing FP&A processes, reporting frameworks and controls.
• Supporting finance transformation and systems implementation projects.
• Helping establish a best‑in‑class finance function capable of supporting a future public company environment.
• Creating scalable processes that can grow alongside the business.

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong FP&A, commercial finance or strategic finance experience.
• Excellent forecasting, budgeting and cash flow planning skills.
• Advanced financial modelling capability.
• Experience operating within complex, multi‑entity organisations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a high‑growth environment.
