A highly successful tech company based in Central London are looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented Finance Assistant to support the financial operations of a growing Managed Services and Cyber Security business.

The primary focus of this role is to take ownership of the day‑to‑day finance administration function, ensuring accurate customer billing, effective bookkeeping, robust financial controls and the production of meaningful and accurate management information (MI) to support business decision‑making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing core finance processes including invoicing, billing administration, accounts receivable, supplier management, reconciliations, contract administration and financial reporting. They will become a key member of the operational team, ensuring the business maintains accurate financial records and strong visibility of commercial performance.

In addition to the core finance responsibilities, there will be opportunities for the successful candidate to support reporting improvements, process automation and business analysis initiatives as part of the company's ongoing investment in data, automation and AI technologies. This aspect of the role is intended as a future development opportunity for candidates with an interest in expanding their analytical and commercial capabilities.

This role would suit a commercially minded, detail orientated finance professional with previous experience as an Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £40,000 plus benefits.
