Job Introduction

Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Head of Operational Finance to lead our client accounting, service charge accounting and banking administration function in our Homes Finance team through an exciting period of transformation, ensuring the delivery of accurate, efficient and customer-focused financial services to our clients and end customers.

Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.

We're seeking a qualified accountant with strong leadership credentials, within the housing, property or public sector, with a strong understanding of housing finance including service charge accounting.

You'll combine technical expertise with commercial awareness, bringing the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate change and inspire teams to deliver best-in-class outcomes.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing strategic leadership with hands-on operational management, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hybrid role with travel into central London at least 2 days a week. The role is paying between £85-95k per annum with a performance related bonus of up to 15%.
