Artemis Clarke Ltd is seeking a Client Operations Associate in London to join their Wealth Management team on a hybrid basis. The role covers two key areas:
Policy Servicing and Client Review Administration, supporting Paraplanners and Advisers.
You will update the back-office system (X-Plan), prepare valuation packs for regulatory reviews, and handle client information changes while ensuring compliance and timely record-keeping. Training graduate mentors is also part of the role.
