We are recruiting a Risk & Compliance Analyst for a leading global professional services organisation.

The client is looking for someone with around three to five years relevant experience who understands the role of an in-house compliance function and is comfortable with detailed operational and administrative work.

• Around three to five years relevant Risk or Compliance experience
• Experience with in an internal Risk, Compliance, Ethics or Business Conduct function
• Exposure to areas such as anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, conflicts, investigations, risk, policies, monitoring, employee conduct or training
• Strong administrative, organisational and record-management skills
• Experience maintaining trackers, registers, action logs, case files or audit documentation
• Confidence responding to internal queries and liaising with stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple actions or cases
• Comfortable undertaking hands-on, junior and administrative support work
