Pear Talent - Finance Recruitment is representing an international insurer seeking a Syndicate Financial Controller in City of London with a hybrid/remote pattern (1–2 days per week in the office). You will own end-to-end financial reporting for a Lloyd's syndicate and lead both statutory and US GAAP reporting.
The role offers exposure to CFO, Board and Audit Committee stakeholders and provides a platform to shape the finance function and controls in a growing insurance business.
