Interim Senior FP&A Consultant

Cedar is partnering with a high-growth business to appoint an Interim Senior FP&A Consultant to support through a critical transaction readiness programme. The assignment is offered for an initial 12-month contract, requiring a heavy on-site presence at the client's Central London office. The role offers £550 - £650 per day outside IR35.

A rapidly growing business operating within a complex, project-based environment. As the business prepares for a potential transaction, it is investing in strengthening its financial planning, reporting and due diligence capability to ensure it is investor-ready.

This role as Interim Senior FP&A Consultant combines strategic financial planning, commercial finance and transaction readiness.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development of a robust 3-5 year integrated financial model to support strategic planning and a potential transaction
• Driving budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across the business, coordinating inputs from operational stakeholders
• Supporting the Finance Director and external Corporate Finance advisers throughout the transaction readiness process
