Assistant Management Accountant

Overview

Fever-Tree is hiring for an Assistant Management Accountant (Distribution) to join our Operations Finance team in London.

We are a premium mixer brand with distribution across multiple markets. This role supports the UK-based Finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager (Distribution), and provides key support across all Distribution entities.

• Month-end and internal reporting: prepare month-end calculations across all Distribution entities (including overheads, other COS and marketing) and ensure an accurate and timely month-end close on working day 5.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and reconciled internal reports for stakeholders.
• Develop strong working relationships with non-finance colleagues to support cross-functional collaboration.
• Customer pricing, process enhancement and audit: support the global pricing process, reconcile weekly pricing, and ensure price changes are accurate and delivered on time.
• Support annual external and internal audit processes and maintain detailed process documentation for all processes within remit.
• Identify opportunities for consolidation, simplification and automation of processes.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel with the ability to analyse larger datasets and develop financial reports.
• Good understanding of FMCG businesses.
• Experience with large ERP systems (Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, etc.) and the ability to consolidate data from various sources to provide insights.
• Quick learner with good financial acumen.
• Fundamental accounting knowledge, including accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, journal postings, and profit and loss reporting.
