Role Responsibilities:- Accountable for the timely and accurate completion of daily MiFID II reporting and related activities, ensuring all regulatory and contractual obligations are met
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring issues and queries are escalated and resolved promptly
- Maintain and periodically review desktop procedures, updating the policy and procedures database in line with bank standards
- Proactively identify and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of processes
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, control frameworks, and best practices at all times
- Ensure full compliance with applicable MiFIR regulatory requirements
- Follow compliance procedures rigorously, complete mandatory training, and integrate regulatory requirements into day‑to‑day activities, demonstrating awareness of associated risks and controls
- Product experience
- Preparing and reporting data
- Looking at data sets and investigating breaks
- Good stakeholder communication
- Experience of MiFID ll and MiFIR reporting
- Experienced in Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients London office 2-3 days a week.
Working hours:Standard working hours with some flex where required.
