Loan Administrator - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Location: Based in our London office, this role offers a hybrid working model with 2-3 days per week in the office, providing flexibility alongside the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the wider business.

Siemens Bank is seeking a Loan Administrator to join its London team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. Working within a collaborative and international environment, you ll play a key role in supporting the administration and settlement of syndicated loan transactions while contributing to ongoing process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.

As a Loan Administrator, you ll be responsible for managing the operational lifecycle of syndicated loan transactions, working closely with Treasury, Accounting, Risk Management, Legal teams, and external banking partners to ensure efficient and accurate execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with syndicated loan operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the continued success of a globally recognised organisation.

• Experience with in the syndicated loan market
  , ideally in loan administration or loan operations.
• Strong understanding of syndicated loan processes and transaction life cycles.
• Experience closing and booking both primary transactions and secondary trading activities.
• Familiarity with LMA standards and associated documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural awareness, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and make sound, fact-based decisions.
• A proactive approach, high level of self-motivation and exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge of LoanIQ and Clear Par would be advantageous.
