Barclays in London/Northampton seeks an experienced Financial Crime Oversight AVP to strengthen merchant acquiring controls. You will oversee the independent assessment of the Financial Crime Control Framework and deliver assurance across critical processes, partnering with Risks, Compliance and Audit teams.
You will lead thematic reviews, monitor remediation actions and drive continuous improvement in AML, sanctions, KYC and related regulatory requirements as part of a Second Line function.
