WhatYou'll Do
- Act as the single point of contact for Prime Brokerage clients on all trade management and settlements matters across Equity, FI and REPO products.
- Process client trade files, monitor Trade Exception Manager activity, and approve end-of-day batch processing to ensure accurate and timely client reporting.
- Manage daily workflow queues, meet agreed SLAs, and escape issues or system outages promptly while keeping internal and external stakeholders informed.
- Work collaboratively across Operations, Business Partners and Sales to support client needs and operational delivery.
- Partner with clients and with technology, strategy and transformation teams to identify internal and external inefficiencies and drive improvements in straight-through processing and settlement efficiency.
- Help protect the client and the firm from financial and reputational risk by maintaining strong controls and ensuring strict adherence to policy and departmental procedures.
- Support change management activity, client training and stakeholder communications, including representing Operations at client visits and scorecard reviews.
- Proven Prime Brokerage experience, ideally across Equities and Fixed Income, with REPO knowledge being highly advantageous.
- Strong client services background within a financial institution, with exposure to operational processes in Equity and Fixed Income.
- Remediation experience, with the ability to identify issues, support resolution and maintain service quality.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Experience in change management, including supporting strategic communications and mitigating stakeholder impact.
- Self-starter; can work both collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative, ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
