Associate, Private Capital Investing

Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan is looking for an Investment Associate to join their Private Capital team in London. In this role, you’ll evaluate investment opportunities, build financial models, and work closely with portfolio companies. • Evaluate new investment opportunities and conduct thorough research
• Build financial models and analyze due diligence materials
• Prepare recommendations for the investment committee
• Stay involved with portfolio companies post-transaction
• Assist in identifying target sectors and generating deal flow
• Work with management on strategic initiatives

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities
• Good understanding of investment analysis
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work well in a team and build relationships
• Fluency in English; other Western European languages are a plus
