Tax Underwriter

As a Tax Underwriter, you will assess and underwrite tax risk policies for a range of transactions, working closely with brokers, legal professionals, and clients to structure tailored insurance solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a corporate or tax professional (1–3 years PQE) looking to transition into a dynamic underwriting role

Key Responsibiliti

• es Assess tax risks associated with M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and other financial arrangement
• s.Conduct in-depth analysis of tax opinions, legal documentation, and financial statements to evaluate risk exposur
• e.Collaborate with brokers, legal counsel, and internal teams to structure and price tax liability insurance policie
• s.Monitor market trends, legislative changes, and case law developments to ensure informed underwriting decision
• s.Assist in negotiating policy terms and conditions with brokers and client
• s.Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including law firms, tax advisors, and insurer
• s.Support senior underwriters in growing their tax insurance portfoli
