Finance Divestiture Senior Project Manager (FTC)

Contract:

12-month Fixed-Term Contract (high likelihood of extension)
About the Role We are looking for two experienced Finance Divestiture Senior Project Managers to join our Divestiture Finance team, supporting complex business carve-outs and sale transactions.

This is a highly dynamic, project-led environment where you will play a critical role in managing finance work streams within Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) post-transaction. The role offers significant exposure across finance operations, stakeholders, and transformation initiatives.

You will report into the Project Director and work closely with a growing, collaborative team focused on delivering high-impact projects in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Be Doing Lead and manage finance-related TSA work streams (billing, collections, AP, general accounting)
Own and drive project plans, governance, and delivery timelines

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including:

Finance (BAU teams)
IT, HR, and shared service centres (India)
External partners and advisors

Run stakeholder meetings, track actions, and ensure delivery against milestones

Provide oversight on month-end processes (review and coordination vs. execution)
Ensure financial outputs and processes align with agreed TSA frameworks

What We’re Looking For Essential Strong  finance/accounting background with a solid understanding of financial processes and statements

Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Proven experience managing projects end-to-end Confident stakeholder manager across multiple functions and geographies

Able to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred

Exposure to M&A, carve-outs, divestitures, or TSAsExperience in finance transformation or shared services environments

Background in Big 4 or top-tier advisory firms (e.g. PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte, BDO, RSM)
Key Skills & Attributes Proactive and solutions-focused with strong ownership mindset

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Commercially aware, with an understanding of transaction impacts on finance operations
