Experteer Overview As Finance Business Partner for Pandora's store estate, you partner Property and Legal to deliver robust financial planning, investment appraisal and cost control. You will turn large datasets into actionable insights for strategic decisions and risk management. You'll lead budgeting and forecasting for property-related costs and support senior stakeholders with financial analyses. This role sits at the heart of growth in a sustainability-focused, global retailer, offering exposure to major estate projects and cross-functional collaboration.

- Partner with the Property and Legal teams to provide financial insight and challenge for strategic decisions
- Build and evaluate investment proposals for new stores, relocations, refits and other estate projects
- Prepare business cases for Property Board and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Property Director to identify opportunities and risks across the estate
- Manage and maintain the network plan used for planning and reporting
- Identify risks and opportunities in OPEX lines
- Support commercial decision making with financial analysis and scenario modelling
- Lead annual budgeting for property-related expenditure (rent, rates, utilities, maintenance, legal costs)
- Produce quarterly forecasts with commentary on movements versus prior forecasts
- Coordinate with FP&A and stakeholders to keep forecasts aligned with expectations
- Drive month-end close for property and legal cost lines, review expenditures, submit journals to SSC
- Review capex and depreciation postings to ensure alignment with forecast
- Tasks Part Qualified (CIMA/ACCA)
- Commercial finance experience, preferably in Retail with exposure to property costs
- Strong Excel skills (financial models, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables)
- P&L management experience
- Solid analytical and data interpretation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication with ability to challenge at all levels
- Ability to work to strict timelines
- Strong stakeholder management and solution-focused mindset
