National Zakat Foundation is the UK's leading Zakat institution, turning Zakat into real, local impact for Muslim communities across the country. NZF provides community-led solutions to poverty, inequality and isolation, with an aim to impact the well-being of all communities in the UK. As our Director of Finance and Governance, you'll sit at the heart of our Executive Committee, steering Finance, Governance and Risk Management with the rigour of a seasoned CFO and the heart of someone who believes in the mission.

You will specialise in financial analysis, strategic planning and business partnering.

This is more than a finance role. You'll shape strategy, safeguard trust, and give our stakeholders the insight they need to grow our reach and deepen our impact - all while ensuring every pound of Zakat is managed with integrity, transparency and care.

We're looking for a qualified finance leader (FCCA, ACA or CIMA) with ten-plus years at Director or CFO level, a sharp eye for governance and risk, and a genuine passion for serving the UK Muslim community.
