Credit & Insurance (BXCI) Investment Fund Modeling & Forecasting

The BXCI Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis team is responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives across the credit platform. The Associate will support forecasting, management reporting, financial analysis, and cross-functional initiatives, working closely with investment teams, senior management, investor relations, and finance partners across the firm.,

• Maintain and enhance BXCI's operating and fund models to support firmwide forecasts and projections, incorporating cash flows across products and strategies
• Support individual fund models, including updates for investment activity, performance, and projections
• Partner with investment teams on PM reporting, fund analyses, and ad hoc requests
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting on BXCI's financial performance for senior leadership
• Assist with AUM reporting and related analyses
• Support financial and segment reporting processes, including coordination with broader Blackstone finance and consolidation teams
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and materials requested by senior management
• Liaise with investor relations on new product development and reporting needs
• Support technology and process improvement initiatives
• Participate in special projects aligned with the needs of senior leadership, Depending on the position, you may be required to obtain certain securities licenses if you are in a client facing role and/or if you are engaged in the following:
• Attending client meetings where you are discussing Blackstone products and/or and client questions;
• Marketing Blackstone funds to new or existing clients;
• Supervising or training securities licensed employees;
• Structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products; and
• Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.

• Undergraduate degree required;
  Finance or Accounting preferred
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Prior experience in investment banking, FP&A, asset management, or a related financial role preferred
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Exceptionally strong financial modeling capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and a collaborative mindset
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and interest in an entrepreneurial environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
