Location: City Of London
Trident International Associates is seeking a Senior Management Accountant for a real estate project in City of London. The role combines statutory budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling to support the CFO and drive commercial insight.
You will own the annual budgeting process, build bottom-up budgets across multi-site real estate contracts and partner with non-finance teams to ensure accurate cash and margin forecasts. Hybrid working is offered, with 3 days in the office.
