Lead teams and deliver complex Transaction Advisory engagements, working closely with our Managing Directors Evaluate potential transactions in the context of a clients' investment strategy, assist with financial due diligence & help to identify key risks and potential deal breakers, assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the business against industry benchmarks Gain broad industry exposure working with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions Have the opportunity to use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, as well as being given exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction Work closely with operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process Coach

Qualifications Qualified accountant and/or an exceptional academic record Proven senior-level experience in Transaction Advisory, with 7+ years of hands‑on Financial Due Diligence expertise is essential in addition to experience across Private Equity and/ or blue‑chip Corporates Trained at a Big 4 firm or

an established Transaction Advisory (Transaction Services) practice Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
