A fantastic opportunity for an experienced wealth planning administrator to join a collaborative Wealth Planning team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service.

We're looking for a Senior Wealth Planning Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Wealth Planners, ensuring smooth client onboarding, meeting coordination, and first-class client outcomes.

What you'll do

• Support Wealth Planners with client administration, meeting preparation, and post-meeting actions
• Handle new business processing, CDD, and accurate application paperwork
• Act as first point of contact for client queries and coordinate with central services
• Maintain accurate client records on XPlan and associated systems
• Assist with training junior team members and contribute to process improvements

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in wealth planning administration or similar client-facing financial services role
• Good knowledge of financial planning products and processes
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel; XPlan and Voyant experience desirable
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive team player with excellent client service focus
