Programme overviewOur 2027 Summer Internship Programme runs for 10 weeks, starting on Monday 14 June 2027 and finishing on Friday 20 August 2027. This internship is designed to give you a unique introduction to the asset and wealth management industry and offers valuable insight into how your chosen department operates within Schroders.
Throughout the programme you will:
- Take part in comprehensive introductory training to build your understanding of the business
- Be assigned to a team where you will contribute to live projects and gain meaningful hands-on experience
- Shadow experienced professionals and learn directly from leaders in the field
- Have opportunities to network with colleagues and other interns, helping you build connections for your future career
This internship provides practical experience, skill development, and a strong foundation for those interested in pursuing a career in the asset and wealth management industry.
