Middle Office Oversight & Control Analyst
- Global Investment Operations (UK) 2-year FTC, This will serve to support the core middle office functions specific to transaction management. The interim structure will introduce a newly defined Global Model. This role sits within the Investment Operations
- Middle Office team reporting to the Head of Transaction Control and Oversight. As a Middle Office Oversight and control Manager you will have a varied role supporting the new OMS and supporting systems with a broad view across all Front Office and Operations functions. This also entails being the main escalation point to help manage the new tri-party outsource model.,
- Manage end-to-end Middle Office services for Money Market BNY TA flow.
- Ensure delivery of service is line with agreed SLA.
- Transparency look through for EMIR reporting for in-scope instruments.
- Inventory management along with Third party management and engagement.
- Build influential relationship with internal clients within Investment Teams and other key stakeholders.
- Input into relevant KPI's and MI reporting.
- Support the progression of development and change management for Middle Office.
- Represent FHI on internal and external calls with clients and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with industry and internal policies, procedures and support prompt escalation of all relevant issues / incidents.
- Support the Team to maintain programme momentum and sustain a strong level of support for the successful delivery of day-to-day operational service., We understand that applicants may have different needs and expectations related to their working arrangements and are committed to a discussion on flexible working.
Some knowledge and experience of the Equity, Fixed Income and cash processing in institutional and pooled funds environment. - Knowledge of offshore fund administration., Some experience of query management in a fast paced environment.
- Charles River and Bloomberg Aim knowledge.
- Worked with NT and or BNY as middle office service providers., Self-starter, highly motivated and focussed on operational excellence.

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a number of activities concurrently.

- Ability to negotiate effectively with external suppliers.
- Ability to present and interpret clear and relevant MI to a high standard.
