Risk Manager

Our client is a leading insurance business who are seeking to appoint a Risk Manager to join its Enterprise Risk Management function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced risk professional looking to develop their career within a broad second-line Enterprise Risk Management role, working closely with senior stakeholders and first-line teams across the business.

You will play a key role in supporting the delivery and continued development of the Group's ERM framework
, with exposure across ORSA, Risk Appetite, RCSA, risk assessments and senior risk reporting.

• Support and project manage the ORSA process
  , including quarterly and annual reporting
• Develop and deliver "deep dives" and thematic risk reviews
• Support the implementation and development of the ERM Framework
• Provide effective second-line risk challenge to the business
• Support the quarterly Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process
• Support implementation of the Risk Appetite Framework
  , including quarterly metrics
• Produce and analyse risk MI and reporting for senior management and committees
• Build strong relationships with first-line teams including Underwriting, Claims and Third Party Capital
• Promote risk management best practice and support risk training across the Group

We are looking for a risk professional with:

• Strong Enterprise Risk Management / ERM experience
• Experience with in a second-line risk environment
• Knowledge of ORSA, Risk Appetite and RCSA
• Experience undertaking risk assessments and providing effective challenge
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical, project management and report-writing abilities
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
• Insurance / London Market experience is essential
• A commercial outlook and desire to partner with the b
