Chief Product Officer​/Head of Product

Evolution Growth Partners has partnered with one of the most exciting businesses scaling in stablecoin payments.

Our client is a fast-growing stablecoin treasury platform building the infrastructure that lets institutions move, hold and settle in stable coins ked and led by a founder with a strong track record in payments, the business has grown quickly across Europe and the US and is now scaling out its commercial and product functions to match. It's an early-stage-feeling environment inside a company that's already winning serious institutional business — fast-moving, hands-on, and short on bureaucracy.

We are engaging Chief Product Officers, Directors and Heads of Product in the payments space capable of working in a fast-paced and scaling environment.

What we're looking for:

- Genuine senior product leadership experience — ideally within fintech, payments, or digital assets, though we're open on the specific background

- Comfort operating in ambiguity; this is an early-stage-feeling environment inside a scaling business

- Strong commercial instincts — you'll be close to GTM and revenue conversations, not just roadmap

- Stablecoin or crypto experience is a bonus, not a requirement — payments or financial infrastructure depth matters more

Remuneration is dependent on the candidate but will include a competitive base salary, cash bonus and equity with significant growth potential.
