Senior FP&A Analyst

Senior FP&A Analyst - London/Hybrid - £80,000-£85,000 plus benefits - 15-month FTC

We are partnering with a growing financial services company to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst. Supporting the Head of Finance during an important period of growth, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, while helping to enhance reporting for senior management, shareholders, funders and potential investors.

This is an initial 15-month fixed-term contract and a hybrid role requiring two days per week onsite in London.

What you will be doing:

• Support the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning.
• Produce detailed variance analysis, scenario modelling and commercially focused insights.
• Assist with Board, shareholder, lender and investor reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders across Technology and Marketing, providing financial analysis and guidance.
• Prepare monthly overhead reporting with clear commentary and recommendations.
• Help budget holders manage costs, evaluate investment decisions and improve commercial outcomes.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of management reporting packs.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and analysis that clearly communicate business performance and emerging trends.
• Build financial models to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to use automation, AI and technology to improve reporting and forecasting processes.

What we are looking for:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business-partnering experience.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and financial-modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience producing clear management reporting and performance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
