• Lead large-scale risk, regulation and compliance transformation programmes for leading Financial Services organisations.
• Advise Boards, Board Risk Committees, Executive Committees and senior risk leaders on risk strategy, governance, controls and operating model effectiveness.
• Help clients design and implement enterprise-wide risk frameworks, governance structures and control environments
• You will lead complex engagements across operational risk, compliance, conduct risk, regulatory change and broader non-financial risk agendas, or within financial risk - specifically treasury and liquidity
• Identify and originate new opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts, supporting the continued growth of the practice.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across UK Financial Services organisations.
• Contribute to the development of Baringa's propositions, intellectual property and thought leadership.
• Support the growth of emerging capabilities including AI governance, AI risk management, digital asset risk and compliance frameworks.
• Coach, mentor and develop consultants and future leaders within the team.
• You will play an active role in shaping the long‑term strategic direction of the Risk practice, with a clear pathway towards equity Partner.
