Our client is a specialist consultancy helping major financial institutions solve complex risk, regulatory compliance and transformation challenges.
The Business Analyst will support complex financial crime and regulatory transformation programmes, initially focusing on Transaction Monitoring and the implementation of Quantexa while gaining exposure to wider AML, screening, KYC and compliance initiatives.
Role HighlightsThe role will give you ownership across analysis, delivery and implementation:
- Lead requirements workshops across Compliance, Operations, Technology, Data and Risk
- Support Quantexa and Transaction Monitoring implementations from requirements through go-live
- Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories and process flows
- Support SIT/UAT, defect management, scenario testing and production readiness
- Analyse data quality, lineage, controls and critical data supporting financial crime platforms
To succeed you’ll bring:
- Strong Business Analysis experience within financial services risk or regulatory compliance
- Financial Crime knowledge spanning AML, Transaction Monitoring, KYC or screening
- Hands-on SQL skills for querying, analysing and reconciling complex datasets
- Experience supporting technology change through requirements, testing and implementation
- Quantexa experience from a business, functional or implementation perspective is highly desirable
