Our Summer Analyst Programme is aimed at penultimate year students and is designed to provide a unique insight into the global world of finance. The Credit Sales & Trading team operates on a global platform with trading expertise spanning across all the major liquid corporate and bank sectors;

investment grade, high yield, and emerging markets credit.

Applications are open until 29th November 2026. As applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, we encourage early applications.

What to Expect

Our 10-week Summer Analyst programme is designed to provide you with a unique insight into investment banking. Starting off with a week of technical training, you'll gain a deep understanding of our products and markets. Then armed with this knowledge, you will have the opportunity to join our Credit Sales and Trading Team:

• Gain in-depth understanding of different financial products and markets
• Experience what it's really like to work in global investment banking markets by gaining hands‑on work experience
• Build your networks both internally and externally by gaining exposure to employees from all levels of the organisation

As part of a select intake, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best professionals in the industry and will be allocated a buddy to ensure you have all the support you need to make the most of your internship experience.

Our Summer Analyst Programme serves as a pipeline into the full-time MUFG Analyst Programme, and successful interns may receive an offer to join the full-time Analyst Programme the following year.
