We are looking for an experienced developer to join our team of financial automation specialists.

• Lead projects furthering the automation capabilities of our Doc Auto Document Automation software, ensuring extensibility and maintainability of the codebase, as part of a team of developers working closely with one client.
• Guide juniors in their understanding of our clients’ product suites, and in their implementation of automated solutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and/or a deep interest in tech and coding.
• Liaise with your client directly as a primary point of contact for your projects, managing our relationships with that client’s senior leadership.
• Interpret complex products and client requirements, and how they relate to our existing platforms.
• Professional experience in an industry relating to financial markets.
• Professional experience in automated solutions or SaaS solutions more generally.
• Experience in client communication.
• Degree in Finance or Computer Science or STEM.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in an investment bank or similar financial institutions is preferred.
• Professional experience in equity derivatives or Structured Products.
• A logical thinker, quick learner, diligent, have great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear explanations.
• Experience working in an AGILE framework.
