Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Overview

We are a successful independent mortgage and protection brokerage based in South West London that provides impartial advice to high‑net‑worth clients across the UK and internationally. We are looking for a full‑time Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team.

• Full‑time position, Monday to Friday 9:00‑17:00 with a one‑hour lunch break.
• Option to work as an employee or as a self‑employed contractor.

• Provide independent, whole‑of‑market mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Work with warm client leads supplied by the firm, with a strong conversion rate; you do not need to source your own client base.
• Receive full administrative and compliance support so you can focus on client interaction; the team will key and submit your cases, complete suitability letters, and liaise with lenders, solicitors and clients.
• Use all required technology and office provisions, including access to board and general meeting rooms.
• Collaborate within a professional, friendly and supportive team.

• Essential mortgage‑advising experience.
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to continue learning and developing within the role.

• Competitive starting salary of approximately £35,000 per year.
• Uncapped, monthly commission structure; first‑year OTE for experienced advisers of approximately £60,000‑£70,000+.
