Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor multiple fee funds, including tracking balances, progressing matters as required, following up on outstanding payments, and processing payments upon receipt

Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with Principals, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely fund administration and exceptional client service.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate financial records, and tracking payments or fund activity in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple fee funds, monitor payment activity, and communicate effectively with both internal and external  flexible and responsive to client needs, being available for meetings at times and places stipulated by the client. This can involve working long days and tight deadlines.
