We are seeking a Senior Practice Assurance Analyst to join our growing internal compliance function.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of regulatory submissions to CAI, Central Bank and any other regulator on a timely basis. Includes annual returns, notification of standing data changes and other returns.
- Oversee tracker of regulatory submissions and elevate issues arising.
- Collaborate with operational teams and external regulator (CAI) to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Oversee the monitoring of complaints.
- Respond to internal compliance queries.
- Development of policies and procedures and support operational teams in their implementation.
- Carry out compliance and practice assurance reviews.
- Experience in practice assurance or in a professional services environment
- Understanding of accountancy practices and processes
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory obligations, and governance standards
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with internal teams and build relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider compliance function.
