Our client, an elite Magic Circle law firm, are currently growing their team and are seeking a mid-level Leverage Finance Associate to join their Global Transactions department in London. The team work on a broad mix of transactions for their clients, including debt financing for public and private M&A, refinancings, recapitalisations, strategic investments and work-outs.

Most of the work will have an international dimension and will range from some of the largest and most complex transactions to smaller deals which provide an opportunity for associates to take greater responsibility.

There is a transparent career progression track, and at senior associate level, there will be the opportunity for the right individuals to progress through ultimately to partnership.
