Mayfair, London | £40,000 | Hybrid Working
We’re looking for a proactive, organised Finance Assistant to join a friendly and collaborative finance team in Mayfair!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with essential Accounts Receivable experience who enjoys working with numbers, managing payments and keeping everything running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing :- Raising monthly invoices for private clients, local authorities and NHS organisations.
- Allocating payments and managing outstanding balances.
- Carrying out credit control and chasing overdue payments.
- Completing bank reconciliations, refunds and credit notes.
- Supporting month-end processes and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Resolving invoice queries and producing regular reports.
- Proven Accounts Receivable experience is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and great communication skills.
- Xero, Found or Planday experience would be a bonus.
- Salary: £40,000
- Location: Mayfair, London
- Working pattern: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Contract: Permanent
- Travel: Occasional UK travel
