Horizons North Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative to be the first point of contact for members who call or message the credit union, assisting with financial transactions and educating members on products and services.
You will help members with online banking, transfers, and account changes, while building trusted, long-term relationships. The role is full-time, on-site and follows a 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule, Monday to Friday, with a background check required.
