The Role:

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will play a central role in managing the group's financial reporting, controls and performance across multiple properties and entities. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment and enjoys partnering closely with operational teams as well as senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the monthly management accounts process for the group, consolidating results across multiple hotel, restaurant and club entities
  • Prepare accurate, timely group reporting packs for the Executive team and Board, including variance analysis and commentary
  • Manage the year‑end statutory audit process and liaise with external auditors across group entities
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management across the group
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with General Managers and Heads of Department at each property
  • Maintain and strengthen financial controls, policies and procedures across a growing multi-entity structure
  • Support VAT, tax and statutory compliance across UK (and where relevant, international) entities
  • Business partner with operational teams to improve commercial performance, cost control and profitability at site level
  • Support ad hoc projects, including new site openings, systems implementations and process improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the finance team
About You:
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent), with post‑qualification experience
  • Prior experience in hospitality, leisure, retail or a multi‑site consumer business strongly preferred
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience of month‑end close, consolidations and statutory reporting
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment with competing priorities
  • A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with non‑finance stakeholders including General Managers and site teams
  • High attention to detail balanced with a commercial, pragmatic mindset
  • A genuine interest in luxury hospitality and delivering excellence
