Matchtech is seeking a dedicated Planner on a contract basis to manage a varied caseload of planning applications, including complex householders, prior approvals, lawful development certificates, and changes of use, with opportunities to advise pre-application steps and handle related appeals.
You will liaise with Councillors, the public and stakeholders, prepare clear reports, and contribute to continuous improvement in planning processes while working both independently and as part of a team.
