Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Salon Manager at Nailuxury, where your leadership skills will shine in our vibrant beauty and coffee bar settings. As a Salon Manager you will oversee daily operations, ensure the highest quality of customer service, and manage a team of talented professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.
- Handle scheduling, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
- Oversee client bookings and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the salon.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote services and special offers.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of beauty products and services.
- Must have at least 2 years salon experience in the UK.
