We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences to join our iconic London teams.

• Lush Spa Covent Garden: Nestled in the historic heart of London’s theatre district, this spa is a cozy escape from the bustling market outside. It’s a space filled with character and charm, where the energy of the West End meets the soothing atmosphere of a traditional English spa.
• Lush Spa Oxford Street: Located within our massive anchor store, this is the ultimate hub of innovation. As one of the largest stores in the world, it’s a high-energy environment that attracts visitors from across the globe. This spa offers a peaceful retreat, offering a moment of quiet bliss just steps away from the bustling London streets.

The successful candidate will complete 2-3 weeks onboarding at their assigned location. The onboarding period will allow them to learn about the brand, meet their colleagues, and begin training.

Upon completion of the onboarding period, you will attend a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset
. This training period will run Monday through Friday and you will learn our core treatments.

Travel expenses to and from Poole will be covered by LUSH. Additionally, accommodations in Poole will be provided for the duration of your stay.

• Performing Lush Spa Treatments following set routines and standards
• Representing the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business
• Looking after clients' experiences, making sure their journey runs smoothly
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the spa
• Booking and upselling treatments using our booking system
• Maintaining high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene…)
• Being responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools that are provided
• Keeping product & treatment knowledge up to date
• Supporting stock control

• An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage.
• Practical work experience within a similar role and location performing body massages and facials.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments.
• Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa.

We believe in investing in our Therapists. Bespoke in-house training will be provided and supported by your Spa Manager, where you’ll learn and receive certification of Lush’s accredited treatments. Becoming a LUSH Spa Therapist provides you with the opportunity to create a magical career whilst being trained to the highest level, allowing you to further develop core massage skills through our innovative treatments.
