Your responsibilities will include delivering a safe, modern, and efficient medicines management and optimization service to our patients.

• Provide expert clinical advice on medicines and poly-pharmacy.
• Ensure safe, modern medicines management and optimization services.
• Deliver an integrated, legal, and high-quality prison pharmacy service.
• Inspire positive leadership within the team of pharmacy technicians and the wider healthcare team.
• Facilitate staff retention by creating a positive working environment.
• Promote good practice in prescribing decisions and improve medicines management understanding.
• Share information on pharmaceutical products, medicines legislation, and general health education.

• Registered Pharmacist with relevant clinical experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Knowledge of medicines legislation and healthcare best practices.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
